The Why

All Health Inspired exists because of a belief that took shape over a career — and a life.

Dr. Nicole Mushonga grew up in a military family where healthcare was simply available. It was reliable, consistent, and never in question. As she moved through her training in medicine, epidemiology, and public health, she came to understand with clarity just how many people across this country and around the world do not share that foundation. For millions, access to quality care is not a given — it is a gap shaped by systems, policy, and the absence of data-driven leadership.

She saw a way to help — and she had the tools to do it. A passion for data. A grounding in medicine and science. A career that has consistently sat at the intersection of evidence, strategy, and human outcomes. Dr. Mushonga founded All Health Inspired to bring that convergence to organizations ready to move from insight to impact.

This work is bigger than any single role, organization, or title. It is about seeing the full picture — and building something with the reach to drive health impact at a global scale. The vision, the brand, the firm — all of it is rooted in the belief that measurable health impact is not one priority among many. It is the foundation everything else is built on.

The firm is led by Nicole Mushonga, MD, MS, Founder & Principal Health Impact Advisor — a physician-epidemiologist with over a decade of experience leading at the highest levels of public health and healthcare transformation. As Chief Epidemiologist and Head of Public Health for Wake County, Dr. Mushonga led operations serving 1.1 million residents during COVID-19. The results were documented: Wake County ranked #1 lowest COVID-19 mortality rate among the nation's 88 largest counties.
